For this client we architected, designed and built integrations for Salesforce CRM to SAP ERP for a Quote to Cash use case. Account and product information flows from ERP to CRM for configuration, pricing and quote (CPQ) while contact and order information flows from CRM to ERP to automate deal flows.
HRIS systems like Oracle are integrated with ERP and single sign on systems for onboarding new employees.
Automation helps sales and marketing to open up more time and focus on net new opportunities leading to revenue growth.
